2. Intellectual Property & Fair Use

Your Responsibility: This app is a tool only. We do not host, store, or share any of the videos downloaded. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to download any content.

Copyright Compliance: You must respect the intellectual property rights of content owners. Unauthorized downloading of copyrighted material is a violation of the terms of service of most social media platforms and may be illegal in your jurisdiction.

Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the app for any illegal purposes or to infringe upon the rights of third parties.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Pro Subscription: Payment will be charged to your Google Play Account at the confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Google Play Subscription Center.

4. Refund Policy

We follow the standard Google Play Refund Policy:

Refunds for in-app purchases and subscriptions are handled primarily through Google Play.

Users can request a refund through the Google Play Store within 48 hours of purchase.

After 48 hours, refunds are at the sole discretion of the developer and are typically only granted in cases of technical defects or as required by law.

The free version of the app is supported by advertising. We are not responsible for the content of the ads or the products/services offered by third-party advertisers.
